The App does not collect or track GPS location data.

Service providers may access information only as necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use App information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Photographs and Electronic Signatures

Photographs and electronic signatures submitted through the App are used to document vehicle condition, verify inspections, acknowledge inspection results, and support maintenance, safety, compliance, and recordkeeping activities. These records may be provided to the applicable driver, employer, fleet owner, fleet manager, service provider, or regulator when authorized or legally required.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the website and App

• Maintain vehicle inspection, maintenance, and compliance records

• Provide services requested by customers

• Meet contractual, accounting, insurance, regulatory, and legal obligations

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

• Protect against fraud, misuse, or security incidents

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and applicable customer, contractual, DOT, safety, or legal requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of.

Account Deletion

If the App allows users toIFIEDometry create accounts, users may request deletion by contacting service.idealtruck@gmail.com. A deletion request will result in deletion of the account and associated personal information unless retention is required for vehicle-safety records, DOT compliance, contractual obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.

Where an account is provided or controlled by an employer or fleet customer, we may coordinate the request with that organization because it may own or be legally responsible for the inspection records.
